Common problems of steel reinforcement cage seam welder

It is an extension of ordinary seam welder,and controlled by intelligent system to process different specifications of round steel wire rod and threaded steel wire rod into the steel parts needed in engineering. Once the steel cage seam welder was launched, it was favored by the majority of workers and because the steel cage welding machine is more efficient and the bending angle is more precise. In order to extend the service life of the steel cage seam welder, construction workers should also carry out regular maintenance in the application period . And there will be some common problems in the daily operation process. Here are some solutions to common problems.

Common problems (Electrical parts)

Fault phenomenon 1: Fixed disk moving disk error is too large to stop. Remedy: Check whether the flexible coupling of the fixed disk and the external encoder of the moving disk is loose, whether the small chain drive is normal, and whether the encoder connection is loose.

Fault phenomenon 2: When it is automatic, there is no response after pressing the "Production Start" button. Remedy: Check if the “Production Start” button is loose and return to the origin switch.

Fault phenomenon 3: When returning, no return is in place. Remedy: Check if the "Back" button wiring is loose.

Fault phenomenon 4:Emergency stop alarm.

Remedy: Check if the 3 emergency stop buttons are pressed and not unscrewed, check the emergency stop line.

Fault phenomenon 5: When the power-on background car moves, the trolley inverter alarm (ALE09). Remedy: Check whether the power cable of the trolley motor is disconnected or the copper wire is short-circuited to the ground.

Fault phenomenon 6: The inverter reports a fault after power-on(ALE11)

Methods of exclusion:

1)Remove the normal motor line and put it on the alarm inverter,manually control ,if it is invalid, it will prove that the inverter or motor is faulty. If it is valid, it will prove that the original motor line is broken.

2)Interchange the inverter, if it is invalid, it proves that the motor is bad; if the fault goes with the inverter, it proves that the inverter is bad.

Fault phenomenon 7:The screen does not communicate with the PLC, and a red box appears.

Method of exclusion

1) Check if the PLC power light and running light are normal. If the fault light (red) flashes, there is a short circuit or PLC damage.

2)Check if the communication line is normal, if the plug is loose, and if the welding line inside the plug is broken.

3)Check if the PLC port and screen port are burnout.
