In order to further deepen employees' understanding of product knowledge, improve employee marketing level, and provide customers with efficient and convenient services at a more professional level. In early March, we held product training meeting in the company conference room, and more than 100 sales personnel participated in the training.
At 8 o'clock in the morning, the conference room was already full ,everyone actively participated and devoted themselves to further learning new product knowledge and new technologies.
This product training meeting was explained by company's technical department , mainly explains product performance, advantages and disadvantages, working principles, production and processing technology, competitive product analysis, future market space and other aspects of the detailed explanation. This training uses internal explanations, interactions, and outdoor visits to communicate with others and explain product knowledge.
During the training, everyone listened carefully, took notes and gave feedback on the problems encountered in the market.
The training session was very responsive and the applause continued. Whether it was on-site interaction or question-answering, the participating employees were actively involved. Through detailed explanations on the appearance, characteristics and performance of the products, everyone has benefited a lot and achieved good training results. Through this training, everyone's understanding of the product is further strengthened ; at the same time, everyone is more confidence in company's products.
After the training, everyone expressed that they had a good harvest,and believed that the training content is closely integrated with the actual work and has strong practicality and pertinence, which has effectively improved the product marketing level.
Professional defeat not professional! we will carefully sort out the product knowledge we have learned, and combine product knowledge and sales skills, transform into professional sales technology, and hope that more similar training will be organized in the future.
